Helpful Information Before Your Visit

1. How do I book an appointment and when is the clinic open?

Appointments can be booked easily through the online booking system, where you can view available times, schedule your appointment, and make changes if needed. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.

If you are unsure which treatment is most suitable for you, you are welcome to book a consultation appointment, where we can assess your skin, discuss your goals and create a personalised treatment plan.

The clinic is typically open Tuesday to Friday, with the possibility of a late evening appointment on Thursdays until 8pm, depending on availability.

While the clinic primarily operates during school term time, this is not always fixed. Availability may vary depending on teaching commitments, industry events and international travel related to my work. At times, appointments may also be available during school holidays when my schedule allows.

For this reason, clients are encouraged to book their appointments in advance, particularly around school holiday periods, as availability may be more limited.

The online booking system also lets you easily manage or reschedule your appointment. However, if you require assistance, you are of course welcome to contact the clinic directly.

2. What should I know before arriving for my appointment?

To ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve, please arrive on time for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time so that the following client is not affected. Unfortunately, treatments shortened due to late arrival will still be charged at the full treatment price.

In addition, due to health and safety regulations and insurance requirements, the clinic operates a strict no-children policy. We kindly ask that children not attend appointments with you.

These policies help maintain a safe, calm and professional environment for all clients receiving treatment.

3. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can occasionally change. However, as appointments are reserved specifically for you, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full treatment fee will be charged, and full advance payment may be required to secure any future bookings.
This policy allows us to respect the time of other clients who may be waiting for appointments and ensures the clinic can operate smoothly for everyone.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via cash, card or bank transfer (BACS).

Bank details are as follows:

The Aestheticpreneur Limited
Sort Code: 80-22-60
Account Number: 10326767

For training courses, full payment is required in advance, and courses must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
Please note that treatment prices may change without notice. However, if you have paid a deposit, the price will be honoured for one month from the date the deposit was received.

5. Is parking available near the clinic?

Yes. Free parking is available on Bury Street West, the residential street, or around the corner on Wellington Road.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you avoid parking close to the traffic islands and that you do not park on the driveway, as it is in constant use by the household.

Allowing a few extra minutes to park and arrive calmly will help ensure your appointment begins smoothly.

6. What should I understand about treatment outcomes and clinic policies?

Every treatment is carried out with care, experience and the intention of achieving the best possible outcome for your skin. However, because every individual’s skin, lifestyle and biological response are unique, the success and longevity of treatments can vary from person to person.

For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed, and refunds cannot be provided for treatments that yield results below expectations.

In addition, the clinic operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward the practitioner or anyone representing the business. Any behaviour of this nature will result in treatment termination, course voiding without refund, and an immediate ban from the clinic. In serious cases, abusive individuals may also be reported.

Finally, in the event of government restrictions or national lockdowns, prepaid treatments, courses, or gift vouchers will not be refunded. Instead, appointments will be postponed in line with government guidance, and validity periods will be extended accordingly.
